Cleeve Abbey

The former Cistercian Abbey of St. Mary. Little remains of the late 13th-century abbey church apart from the footings and some sections of the south wall of the nave and transept.

The site is well worth a visit for the superb 15th-century domestic buildings which survive. The tiled pavement of the former refectory is particularly noteworthy.
