Batcombe St. Mary the Virgin

Impressive W tower with triple belfry openings, fan-vaulted inside. Doulting stone gives the interior a very white appearance. 15th-16th century nave, chancel and N aisle but the S aisle appears to have been rebuilt in the 17th century.

ST 689 390, on minor roads signposted E of Evercreech.
