Location: Carhampton CP, Blue Anchor Esplanade; built into the sea wall; faces seawards.
Type: probable pillbox type 24
Condition: sealed.
Function: defends the mouth of Pill River and with the above covers the eastern end of the open beach with road and rail access inland.
Group: with BA2 and possible missing defence work further east along Blue Anchor Beach.
